Terms of Service

These terms apply to every design, build and maintenance engagement with Buffalo One Media Group, operating as a sole proprietor. A signed proposal takes precedence where it differs.

Engagement

Work begins once a written proposal is accepted and the agreed deposit is received. Scope, deliverables and timelines are defined in that proposal.

Estimates

Prices shown on this site, including the scope estimator, are indicative. A binding price is issued in writing after a scoping call.

Payment

Invoices are due on the terms stated in the proposal. Monthly maintenance is billed in advance and may be cancelled with 30 days notice.

Ownership

On final payment you own the delivered site and its content. We retain rights to our underlying tooling, frameworks and internal components.

Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the engagement in question.
