We collect only what is required to scope, quote and deliver your project. Nothing is sold, rented or shared for advertising.

What we collect

When you submit a project enquiry we store your name, business name, email address, phone number, the tier you selected and the time the request arrived.

How it is used

Your details are used to respond to your enquiry, prepare a scope and price, and manage the engagement if you move forward. We do not send unsolicited marketing.

Where it is stored

Enquiries are stored in an access-controlled database, encrypted in transit and at rest. Only Jaydin Ali of Buffalo One Media Group can read submissions.

Retention and removal

Enquiry records are retained while the opportunity is active and for a reasonable period afterwards. Email us to request a copy or deletion of your record at any time.

Third parties

We use reputable infrastructure and payment providers, including Stripe for payment processing. These providers process data only to deliver their service to us.
